Privacy Policy

TapTwist works offline. Your player profile, game progress, and preferences are stored on your device. The game does not send this information to the developer or include advertising or analytics SDKs. Android may back up app data according to your device settings.

Information stored by the game

The game stores your chosen player name, completed levels, stars, scores, daily-puzzle progress and streaks, unlocked content, and preferences such as language, theme, sound, and vibration. These records support gameplay, display your progress, and remember your choices. You may use a nickname; a real name is not required.

Collection, sharing, and permissions

TapTwist does not require an online account or operate a developer-run service for collecting gameplay data. It does not contain advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and does not sell player information. The app does not request internet, location, contacts, camera, or microphone access. Its vibration permission is used only for optional game feedback.

Android backup and device transfer

Android backup is enabled for the app. Depending on your device, Android version, backup provider, and settings, local app data may be backed up to your backup service or transferred to another device. These services operate under their providers' policies. Evyatar Cohen does not receive or control these backups. You can manage them through your device and backup-account settings.

Storage, security, and deletion

Game records are kept in the app's private Android storage and remain there until they are reset or removed. Android's app storage protections help restrict access; no storage system is completely secure.

To remove all local game records and preferences, use Android Settings → Apps → TapTwist → Storage → Clear data (wording varies by device), or uninstall the app. This erases local progress. Backups may remain separately and may restore data after reinstallation; manage or delete those through your backup provider. There is no online TapTwist account to delete.

Contacting the developer

If you email evyatar.kohn@gmail.com, your email address and the information you choose to send are processed to respond to your request. Email is handled through the email provider, separately from the game. Correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion of that correspondence using the same address.

Children's privacy

The game does not transmit player information to the developer, including information about children. Please avoid sending children's personal information in support messages. A parent or guardian can contact the developer about information sent by email and request its deletion.

This policy webpage

This page has no added analytics, advertising, forms, or tracking scripts. Visiting it is separate from playing the offline game. The hosting infrastructure may process ordinary connection information, such as IP address and browser request details, to deliver and secure the page.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, this page will be updated with a revised effective date. Any required notices or permissions will be provided before new data handling begins.
